Service Area

Delivery is free within the service area (Berlin Heights, Milan, Huron, Sandusky/Perkins, Norwalk, Vermilion, Bellevue, Castalia and Amherst), any address outside of these cities will incur a delivery fee.


Payments in full are required at the time the event is booked.

Payment will be made to Sparkle-Signs LLC via an approved credit card, or by any other payment method determined by the Business.


1. For our safety, please make sure someone at the home or location knows we will be delivering.

2. Be sure to send a photo of the home/yard and any specific place you do or don’t want the sign to be set up.  

3. Sparkle-Signs LLC is NOT responsible for deed restriction violations for lawn greeting displays placed in the yard rented. Please check with your HOA for lawn decoration restrictions.

4. Please be aware displays can only be setup in a grassy area. They cannot be setup in rocks or concrete. 

5. Please have grass watered and cut before we arrive to setup. If you have a lawn crew coming, please arrange for them to come BEFORE we deliver and display your order. IF WE ARE UNABLE TO SETUP UP YOUR YARD DISPLAY DUE TO THE GROUND BEING HARD FROM LACK OF WATERING, SETUP WILL BE CANCELED AND ONLY A 50% REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.

6. Pets need to be secure inside the home or a fenced area. Outside pets may cause a disturbance during setup and ruin the surprise.

7. Turn off any sprinkler system during the time of your display. Sprinklers that run during the setup can knock cards over.


1. Deliveries typically occur between 7pm and 10pm the night before your rental date unless other delivery times have been arranged.

2. We cannot deliver during turbulent weather. If weather becomes an issue, we will contact you to make other delivery arrangements or issue a refund.

3. We reserve the right to photograph your yard card and use it for marketing and other purposes. Address will be obscured for your privacy.

4. All yard card setups include an advertising sign for Sparkle-Signs LLC. This may NOT be altered or moved.

5. If it is determined that an error (i.e. spelling of name, age, etc.) has been made on behalf of the customer after the display has been setup, the customer will incur a $20 service fee for display to be corrected after Sparkle-Signs LLC has left the location of the setup.


1. Pickups will occur between 7pm and 10pm unless other arrangements have been made.

2. If you need us to take your display down earlier than the scheduled time, please call 419-515-3077 immediately and we will make all attempts to pick up early. DO NOT REMOVE YOURSELF.

3. Missing, stolen, damaged or moved lawn display signs, including metal sign stakes will be charged to the credit card on file for the appropriate amount following the end of rental time. See Missing Item Fees below.

4. Sparkle-Signs LLC and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property or damage done to the signs, by the signs or any missing signs not returned. (ex: holes put in the grass, damage to underground sprinkler system etc.)

Refund Policy

1. All bookings are non-refundable.

2. If you must cancel your booking, you will receive a FULL CREDIT up until 48 hours before scheduled booking. Any cancellation in less than a 48-hour period will receive 50% credit.

3. All reservations are weather permitting. In the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to set up any lawn displays. Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms, freezing temps, frozen ground, heavy rain, high winds and any other severe weather that would put us or our lawn display in harm’s way. In these cases, we will offer a full refund or reschedule for a different date. In addition, Sparkle-Signs LLC monitors the weather in each delivery zone and reserves the right to take down a greeting EARLY in the event of a potential weather disaster.

4. No refunds/credits will be given due to the client giving us the wrong address.

5. No refunds/credits will be given due to the recipient requesting us to remove the lawn display.

6. No refunds/credits will be given due to being denied access to a gated community.

7. No refunds/credits will be given due to any animals that prevent the display from being set up.

8. No refunds/credits will be given for circumstances that prevent us from setting up the display upon arrival, that are out of our control.

Missing Item Fees

1. $30 per missing, damaged or stolen signs/advertising signs

2. $25 per moved or removed sign

3. $10 missing /damaged metal sign stakes

We have the right to refuse service at any time for any reason. Prices are subject to change without notice.
